Attending Hope Therapeutics Grief group was an enlightening experience that allowed me to tap into my emotions after spending decades unable to release feelings of hopessness, abandonment, and shame. The co-facilitators Jess, Amanda and Chyna were pivatol in assisting each member with making strides towards overcoming challenges that inhibited their ability to heal. I want to thank each of them for their dedication to working in the helping profession.

HOPE - that's all I can say! I've received so many helpful and useful tools to work through issues, concerns and circumstances. I understand my role(s) thoroughly and if/when help is needed, supervisory staff are accessible by phone, text or email. If not immediately available, a reply is given in a timely manner. I am progressing mentally and I'm looking forward to reaching my goal of being able to sort out my own issues. Using the skills she and I have been implementing to move forward and work independently. She has tremendously helped me to sort through hurt, pain and trauma so that I can see the bigger picture and feel good about myself.
